SKC has a large grant from ADQ to set up a Mineralomics Lab which is now being built in SKC. The Mineralomics Lab with look at Calciprotein Particles in Ageing and Disease Prevention.
Other collaborative research includes grants with Khalifa University and The Government of Taiwan.
SKC is about to start an exciting project with DoH to examine the effects of Gum Arabic on residual renal function.
SKC is also working on a number of other grant applications with partners in a number of pharmaceutical companies for investigator lead studies and contract research.
